Routine Podiatry Appointments
These appointments comprise of nail cutting and filing, advice on nail-cutting techniques, the painless removal of callouses, corns and hard skin. We thoroughly inspect your feet for splits, cracks, fissures, blisters, fungal infections and verruca. We can give advice regarding appropriate footwear and where to buy it. As well as treating sports injuries relating to the feet, ankles and lower legs and treatment of plantar fasciitis.
The treatment is finished where appropriate, with moisturizer from our ‘LPC Footcare’ range of foot health products. This contains a base of rich moisturizer and the active ingredients of tea tree, lavender and peppermint essential oils to soothe and rejuvenate your feet so that you leave the clinic ‘walking on air’.
Nail Cut and File Service
This 15-minute appointment is primarily aimed at the elderly and infirm who are unable to cut their toenails unaided. It is available only after an initial appointment with the podiatrist to ensure that there are no further foot care requirements.
